Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your HAVEN Clo. purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how to make a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back within 14 days of your delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached, and the original packaging. Please note that items not meeting these conditions will be returned to you.


How to Return Your Items

  1. To start your return, please send an email to Marketing@havenclo.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include the reason for your return; this helps us improve!
  2. Once your return is authorized, we'll provide you with the necessary instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Securely package your item(s) to ensure they arrive safely.

Refunds

Once your return reaches our facility and is inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Marketing@havenclo.store with photos of the item. We'll ensure a replacement or full refund is arranged promptly.
